We, HYPERREAL, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of the KennerAI service, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by KennerAI (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect & Use
Some of the information we collect is actively provided by you, such as when you fill out a field or form. Some is collected automatically (typically from devices). And some may be collected from other sources.
Information You Provide Us Directly:
When you use the Service you provide information to us, such as when you create an account, create a message, create a post, leave a comment, or make friends. Examples of the information you may provide are:

- Password or social network account credentials
- Date of birth
- Additional verification data, including government identification
- User Content (e.g.,text, chats, messages, photos, and other materials) that you post to the Service.

Information Collected When You Use Our Service:
When you use the Service, including when you visit our sites or install our applications, we automatically collect information about how you use the Service and the devices you use to access the Service. We may also generate information about you, such as an User ID number. Examples of the information we collect automatically are:
- Hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address);

- If you give us permission, we can collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you're using, including GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you aren't using the services if the permission you gave us expressly permits such collection. If you decline permission for us to collect your geolocation, we will not collect it. With Organizations:
- By utilizing the Service as a user of an organization's chat, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the sharing of specific user and user content information with that organization.
- When voluntarily disclosing information on the Service as a user of an organization's, you share certain details with that organization, such as your name, email, chats, messages, text, photo, location, videos, and any other user content. Exercise caution in sharing information, ensuring that the content you disclose is something you're comfortable with the organization viewing, as neither you nor we can control how others may use this information.
Responding to legal requests and preventing harm:
- We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. 5. How Long We Keep Your User Content:
- Following termination or deactivation of your account, we, our Affiliates, or their Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
6. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
Our services are restricted to Users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit Users under the age of 18 on our Service and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a User is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the Service.
