We, HYPERREAL, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of the KennerAI service, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by KennerAI (together, the "Service").

• This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of the Service. We are processing personal data only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


• Our Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("user(s)", "you").

1. Information We Collect & Use

Some of the information we collect is actively provided by you, such as when you fill out a field or form. Some is collected automatically (typically from devices). And some may be collected from other sources.

Information You Provide Us Directly:

When you use the Service you provide information to us, such as when you create an account, create a message, create a post, leave a comment, or make friends. Examples of the information you may provide are:

When you use the Service, including when you visit our sites or install our applications, we automatically collect information about how you use the Service and the devices you use to access the Service. 5. How Long We Keep Your User Content:

6. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Our services are restricted to Users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit Users under the age of 18 on our Service and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
